For over 20 years, Eurofins Dermscan offered various outsourced in vitro pre-clinical test methods in addition to our clinical study offer. In 2014 we proudly started our own laboratory GLP* accredited, 100% dedicated to in vitro tests.

In order to analyze the safety/innocuousness of your cosmetic, pharmaceutical and biocide  products, we offer you various pre-clinical test methods.

TOXICITY AND CYTOTOXICITY

Eye irritant potential (methods described in the 12/27/1999 Decree) :

  • Cytotoxicity after agarose gel diffusion or
  • Release of neutral red.
  • Cytotoxicity on reconstructed human corneal epithelium (OECD 492 method).

Skin irritant potential (methods described in the 12/27/1999 Decree):

  • Cytotoxicity on oral and vaginal epitheliums.
